WORCESTER – Donna Ann Domiziano, 82, passed away peacefully on May 3 in Worcester. Born on November 30, 1942, in Greenwich, Connecticut, Ms. Domiziano was the daughter of Jennie and Frank Domiziano. She attended St. Catherine Elementary School and St. Mary High School in Greenwich. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Regina Coeli College and later received her master’s degree in special education from Fairfield University. She also spent formative years at the Sisters of the Presentation convent, deepening her spiritual commitment and preparing for a life of service.
Ms. Domiziano devoted her life to caring for others with humility and grace. For three decades, she served as a Catholic Worker managing the Mustard Seed in Worcester – a place where she lived out her belief that loving and serving God meant loving and serving the poor. In 1996 she was the recipient of the Nano Nagle Award from the Sisters of the Presentation.
A funeral Mass will be held at St. John Church, 44 Temple Street, Worcester, on Wednesday, May 14 at 11 a.m. At a later date, a Mass and celebration will be held in Connecticut for her family.
