A pro-life Mass will be celebrated by Father Tony Kazarnowicz at 11 a.m., Thursdays, in the Problem Pregnancy chapel, followed by recitation of the Latin rosary on the sidewalk across the street from Planned Parenthood, 475 Pleasant St.

St. John Paul Parish holds eucharistic adoration Thursdays after the 8:45 a.m. Mass, 9:30 a.m.-6 p.m. in St. Mary Church, 247 Hamilton St.

Holy Family Academy holds bingo Thursdays, 6:30-10 p.m., in the Holy Rosary Church hall,135 Nichols St. Doors open at 4:30.

St. Mary of the Assumption Parish, 17 Winter St., will honor Our Lady of Guadalupe, the patroness of the Americas, beginning with a rosary at 11:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 11, and at midnight Friday, Dec. 12, Las Mañanitas followed by Holy Mass and light refreshments. Bring a rose to present during the Rosary to honor Our Lady and ask her protection.
